Warranty and Returns

Dee Why Computer Exchange hopes that its customers need not return anything, but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase; Dee Why Computers will repair, replace or refund the item according to the details of the event.

All items returned must be returned in the same condition as it was received and proof of purchase must be provided

  1. Change of Mind Return: All returns of this nature are accepted, and will incur a 20% restocking fee.
  2. All brand new goods sold come with the standard manufacturer warranty of 1 year unless extended warranty is purchased.
  3. All used (second-hand) goods sold come standard with 30 days warranty unless specified otherwise on certain products.

Returns are accepted via in person or post. If posting the item back to the store, please ensure enough padding and packaging is used as to not cause damage, as the customer is liable until the item is returned to the store. Buyer pays for return postage.
